Trusted Trainer Network
The Trusted Trainer Network connects Oregon educators directly with a vetted group of wellness providers — so a grade-level team, a classified staff cohort, or an affinity group can request help on their own, without waiting for district leadership to make the ask. Choose the support that fits, from multi-session coaching to cohort-based professional learning to equity-centered intensives with topic areas that span the Initiatives health and wellness pillars.
The network is built around Oregon's own communities, so educators in a rural district or a group of BIPOC educators can find someone who reflects their region, language, and experience — not just the nearest available option. And because lasting change grows from relationships, not one-time events, every provider works with you over time. Through a simple, streamlined request process, it's support that meets you where you are, on your terms.

Sustained Crisis Support
When a crisis hits a school community, the immediate responders often leave long before the community has finished grieving. Sustained Crisis Support is built for what comes next — the 3-to-6-month window when delayed grief, reactivated trauma, and staff burnout tend to peak.
Oregon PK-12 schools, districts, ESDs, and community colleges can prepare ahead with free, quarterly Grief Readiness Trainings, and when something happens, request a flexible Crisis Response Support Package (up to $20,000) through one simple intake form — no application cycle, no eligibility review. Your community chooses the supports that fit, from counseling to training to restorative care, and we help plan check-ins around your own recovery, at your own pace.

Convene & Connect Fund
Some of the best wellness moments happen where educators already gather — a staff lounge, an association meeting, or an in-service professional development day. The Convene & Connect Fund puts funding and vetted wellness resources directly into those spaces. It is available to groups or organizations in PK-12 districts, ESDs, community colleges, affinity groups, and associations and is created to build on the well-being work you're already doing.
Use it to bring in a keynote speaker or facilitator, or to request a Lo-Fi wellness kit designed to make events calmer and more welcoming. Funding is tiered to your event size, so gatherings of every scale — a small department meeting or large conference — can find meaningful support.
