How we support individuals
Explore no-cost programs the Initiative offers to support your health and wellness.
Learn & Grow Calendar
The Learn & Grow Calendar is a diverse, statewide lineup of free trainings open to every Oregon public education employee — no fees, no district sign-off. With session topics to meet your personal and professional wellness needs, content spans financial well-being, student disrupted learning, mental and emotional health, and workplace culture.
With the goal of being accessible to educator schedules, sessions are offered live or self-paced and offered throughout the year. Led by trusted facilitators, the list of offerings will expand regularly to meet the evolving needs and interests of educators like you.

Community And Resource Exchange (CARE) Hub
Focusing on wellness as an educator can sometimes feel isolating, whether you're supporting your personal needs or the needs of an entire community. The CARE Hub is a free online space where Oregon education employees from across the state can connect, share what's working, and map the wellness resources in their communities.
Join a monthly themed discussion, browse a calendar of affinity groups and regional events, catch a webinar, or grab a ready-made template for your own workplace wellness program. Come to share, to learn, or just to look around — everyone's welcome, whether or not your organization takes part in our other programs.
