Canopy Employee Assistance Program Virtual Care Navigator
Virtual platform on the Canopy EAP site that will provide personalized recommendations and fast connections to counseling and coaching, financial, legal, and family resources, and digital tools and training. Log in at my.canopywell.com and click "My Plan." Check with your HR to see which EAP program your organization uses.
Kaiser Permanente Member No-Cost and Discount Programs
Includes Headspace 24/7 emotional support, the Calm app, One Pass Fitness Plans, and discounts on specialty care, vision, meal delivery, and home care
Moda Live Well Program
Includes identity protection, health coaching, Sprout at Work well-being app, discounted gym membership, ChooseHealthy discounts on health brands, a free and confidential Individual Assistance Program with access to professional counselors.
Moda 360
Personalized supports, includes mobile digital tools such as live chat, specialized programs, and personalized care reminders and health navigation. Appears on your mymoda page; for example, if you are diabetic, it will surface supports for managing diabetes, and you're automatically entered as eligible for those programs.

OEBB Navigator Tool
An online platform that allows you to explore medical, dental, vision, disability, insurance, emotional wellbeing, healthy habits, and financial wellbeing. Includes wellness discounts, webinars and interactive links, and a medical plan comparison tool.
Community Health Centers
Federally qualified health centers offer sliding scale services regardless of insurance. Health center may be for medical, dental, or vision care. Enter your location and find the center(s) nearest you.
Oregon Lions Sight & Hearing Foundation
Provides hearing and vision assistance to Oregonians. Income restrictions.
Cancer Care
Free professional counseling, support groups, navigation services, and some financial assistance for people affected by cancer
NEA Member Benefits
Includes scholarships, financial resources, a student debt navigator tool, and discounted insurance, travel and more.
Patient Advocate Foundation
Helps with insurance appeals, medical debt navigation, and accessing treatment. Free.
Oregon Assistive Technology Program
Through Fact Oregon. Device loans, demonstrations, and reuse/refurbishment program. Low or no cost.
Oregon Educators of Color Network (OECN)
Supported by Oregon's Regional Educator Networks (RENs). A gathering space to share happenings and gather support from colleagues.
Adventure Pass
Through Washington County Cooperative Library Services. If you have a valid library card, you can get free access to local attractions.
Arts for All
Provides $5 tickets to arts and culture venues and events. For SNAP and Oregon Trail Card/Washington Quest Card users.
Cultural Pass Express
Through Libraries in Clackamas County. Online passes that provide free admission to museums, gardens, and other local venues for Clackamas County residents with a library card.
Discover & Go
Through Libraries of Eastern Oregon. Access to free tickets to local attractions for residents with a library card.
