Canopy Employee Assistance Program Virtual Care Navigator
Virtual platform on the Canopy EAP site that will provide personalized recommendations and fast connections to counseling and coaching, financial, legal, and family resources, and digital tools and training. Log in at my.canopywell.com and click "My Plan." Check with your HR to see which EAP program your organization uses.
Kaiser Permanente Member No-Cost and Discount Programs
Includes Headspace 24/7 emotional support, the Calm app, One Pass Fitness Plans, and discounts on specialty care, vision, meal delivery, and home care
Moda Live Well Program
Includes identity protection, health coaching, Sprout at Work well-being app, discounted gym membership, ChooseHealthy discounts on health brands, a free and confidential Individual Assistance Program with access to professional counselors.
